All National Lottery prizes are paid tax-free as a lump sum, with the exception of Set For Life which is paid as £10,000 per month for 30 years (top prize) or 1 year (second prize). Online prizes are credited automatically to your National Lottery account. The National Lottery's draw results are final.
Approximately 25% of every pound spent on National Lottery games goes to Good Causes in arts, sport, heritage and communities across the UK. The National Lottery's Good Causes fund is distributed by independent distributors including Sport England, Arts Council England and The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
You agree not to use automated systems, bots or any means to gain an unfair advantage in purchasing National Lottery tickets or Scratchcards. Multiple accounts, fraud or abuse will result in account closure and forfeiture of prizes.
The National Lottery is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for losses arising from technical issues, payment processing delays or your own play decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The National Lottery may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notice before taking effect.
